- Be at least 18 years old.

- Be able to stand, walk, and handle baggage for an eight-hour shift.
- Be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Be eligible to acquire and maintain credentials vital for the position, including but not limited to FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Service clearances.
- Be able to pass a background check and pre-placement drug screen.
- Be available to work day and night shifts, weekends, and holidays, with mandatory overtime required based on operational needs.
- Be able to lift up to 70 lbs and obtain required training certifications.
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
