About the Role As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, crafting meaningful connections and creating an environment where every customer feels welcome, valued, and respected. Your role will involve interacting with domestic and international customers in our lobbies and at gates, providing professional and confident service to resolve travel issues and make their experience with blithequark exceptional. Key Responsibilities Interact with customers in a kind and helpful manner to craft memorable experiences and build customer loyalty and commitment. Step up and anticipate customer needs while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility, especially when we've inconvenienced a customer. Work daily with a safety mentality by ensuring we keep ourselves and each other to the highest standards. Navigate challenges by being consistent yet adaptable, retaining composure and managing issues without taking customer frustration personally. Collaborate with others, assist colleagues, and support them in achieving success with new processes and technologies. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following qualifications: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Minimum of 18 years old. Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies. Physical ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, as well as carry and handle luggage. Potential to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging. Legally eligible to work in the USA without sponsorship. Potential to meet the company's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards.
