- A smartphone with a working camera or a desktop/laptop with a webcam, to enable you to participate in online discussions and complete surveys.
- Access to a high-speed internet connection, to ensure that you can participate in online discussions and complete surveys efficiently.
- A desire to fully participate in one or several of the topics, and a willingness to provide your honest feedback and opinions.
- The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions, to ensure that you can complete surveys and participate in discussions effectively.
- No customer service representative agent experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and support to all our panelists.
