As part of this team, you will play a vital role in securing collateral for our clients. Our technology is only as effective as the people behind it, which is why we are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) Administrator to join our team.
We are looking for a highly skilled CSR Administrator to work in our fast-paced recovery environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining account orderliness, assigning field agents to each account, and updating designated accounts with new information received from clients. You will also communicate escalated information to clients or supervisors as needed, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. A successful CSR Administrator will be able to facilitate the successful recovery of assigned collateral while demonstrating basic product and service knowledge and initiating required actions as needed.
