**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Professional at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* **Meeting Business Production Goals**: Meet or exceed new business production goals and objectives as established.
* **Soliciting New Business**: Solicit new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
* **Developing Networking Relationships**: Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, and other key partners.
* **Providing Exceptional Customer Service**: Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
* **Handling Customer Rejection**: Tactfully handle customer rejection and use it as an opportunity to learn and improve.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* **2-3 Years of Customer Service or Sales Experience**: Possess a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a customer service or sales role.
* **P&C License**: Hold a valid Property and Casualty (P&C) license.
