About the Role
As a Trader Administrations Group captain, you will report to our Dealer Administrations Manager and serve as a specialist-level individual contributor. You'll be responsible for demonstrating best practices in case and line management, issue resolution, metrics monitoring, and driving other individual givers through coaching and providing daily functional support. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- 2+ years of experience in an office environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving results-driven solutions.
