**The Role:**
As a Customer Service & Operations Associate, you'll be the face of arenaflex, guiding customers through our rollover experience, answering their questions, and providing exceptional support via chat, email, and phone calls. You'll become an expert on 401(k)s, rollovers, and IRAs, helping customers navigate the complexities of retirement account transfers. Your expertise will also inform our product roadmap, ensuring that our solutions meet the evolving needs of our customers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Guide customers through the arenaflex rollover experience, addressing their questions and concerns through various communication channels
* Develop in-depth knowledge of 401(k)s, rollovers, and IRAs, providing expert advice to customers
* Collaborate with financial institutions and employers to facilitate transactions on behalf of customers
* Contribute to our internal knowledge base and external FAQs, ensuring that customer feedback is captured and shared with the team
* Synthesize customer feedback, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and sharing insights with the team
**What You'll Bring:**
* 4+ years of experience in customer service or a client-facing role, preferably in the financial industry
* FINRA licenses (e.g., Series 6, 7) or a strong interest in obtaining them
