Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Lead to join our team, assisting managers in training and developing customer service representatives, answering inbound escalated calls, chats, and emails with professionalism and excellent support. As a Customer Service Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service, resolving complaints, and promoting an environment of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Train and develop a team of customer service representatives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer support Review email, chat, and phone call communications to ensure that company policies and ideals are upheld Handle escalated customer calls, emails, and chats as needed, resolving complaints and promoting customer satisfaction Respond to customer questions and comments via phone, email, and live chat with speed and professionalism Answer inbound telephone calls and provide excellent customer support, ensuring that customers' needs are met and exceeded Research and resolve complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction, following up on all written correspondence and escalating to customer service manager on duty as necessary Coordinate and follow up with other departments to ensure problem resolution, working together with other customer service team members to promote an environment of customer satisfaction Navigate proficiently through multiple systems, keeping current with all new policies and procedures and training customer service representatives accordingly Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate the following competencies: Ability to work in a team environment, giving and receiving honest and direct feedback Strong customer orientation with a desire and willingness to help, providing excellent customer support and resolving complaints Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work in the intensity of a high-volume inbound call center and uphold the highest quality standards for individual output Knowledge of apparel construction and fabrication and various fashion categories, with the ability to work required overtime when business needs warrant Schedule flexibility, with the ability to work in office once a week on a consistent basis Minimum Qualifications Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel High School Diploma Ability to type 50+ words per minute Preferred Qualifications Some College 2+ years of customer service, help desk, or call center experience in a retail environment 1+ years of team leadership experience Ability to type 60+ words per minute Working knowledge of website navigation Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel What We Offer At arenaflex, we offer a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, with opportunities for career growth and development. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive hourly rate, with a reasonable estimate of the current base hourly range being $25.00 per hour to $30.00 per hour.
