Our inclusive and dynamic work environment is designed to foster growth, creativity, and innovation, and we're committed to helping our employees achieve their full potential. **Job Responsibilities:** As an Experienced Customer Service Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex customer issues. Your key responsibilities will include: * Providing courteous, efficient, and expert support to customers via phone, email, and chat * Promoting and selling air travel to customers, including flights and travel packages * Assisting with passenger check-in and load acceptance * Interpreting airline policies and procedures for domestic and international travel or shipment shipments * Meeting and dispatching planes within set-up times * Providing support to distressed passengers and customers * Protecting company assets and revenue * Ensuring a safe and secure travel experience for customers * Possessing the physical ability and dexterity to perform various job-related duties * Using organizational skills to perform multiple tasks within a limited timeframe * Being self-motivated and requiring minimal supervision * Responding and assisting during safety and emergency situations * Following internal and external regulations and procedures * May be required to drive and operate air stairs to board and deplane passengers * Responsible for the overall performance in the work location and may be required to lead and direct the work of other employees * May be required to perform Passenger Operation Control duties, including air-to-ground communication and Tower duties **What You'll Need for Success:** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A high school degree or equivalent * The ability to read, write, and speak fluently in English * Bilingual language skills may be required in some locations * A valid driver's license as required by local authorities * Must satisfy FAA background checks to qualify for unescorted access to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable * Must be able to obtain suitable airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable * Ability to work abnormal and/or prolonged hours, including weekends and holidays * Must be able to work on a regular and timely basis **What You'll Get:** As a member of our Remote Customer Support Team, you'll enjoy a range of benefits and perks, including: * Travel Perks: Enjoy access to over 6,800 daily flights across our global network, and take advantage of discounts on hotels, cars, cruises, and more. * Health Benefits: Get access to health, dental, prescription, and vision benefits on day one, plus digital health visits, flexible spending accounts, and more. * Wellness Programs: Take advantage of our wellness programs, which offer the tools, resources, and support you need to be your best self. * 401(k) Program: Available upon hire, with company contributions to your 401(k) program after one year. * Additional Benefits: Enjoy our Employee Assistance Program, pet insurance, and discounts on hotels, cars, cruises, and more. **Join Our arenaflex Family:** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating an inclusive and dynamic work environment that fosters growth, creativity, and innovation.
