Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Consultant to join our team at blithequark in San Angelo - W Beauregard. As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of duties, including greeting customers, determining their needs, and providing guidance and assistance as required. You will work closely with our Collision Estimators to handle drop-offs, map and mark vehicles, arrange customer transportation, prepare paperwork, and perform active customer deliveries. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, and that their vehicles are repaired efficiently and to the highest standards. You will be expected to communicate effectively with customers, clients, teammates, and vendors, and to adhere to all blithequark's Standard Operating Procedures, insurance partners, and industry guidelines and standards.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers in person or on the phone, determine their needs, and provide guidance and assistance as required
Assist Collision Estimators with handling drop-offs, mapping and marking vehicles, arranging customer transportation, preparing paperwork, and performing active customer deliveries
Communicate effectively with customers, clients, teammates, and vendors to ensure correct and efficient repairs
Adhere to all blithequark's Standard Operating Procedures, insurance partners, and industry guidelines and standards
Provide personable, friendly, and "World Class" customer service to internal and external customers
Prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
Ability to do consistent physical activity, including reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

2+ years of customer-facing experience: Sales experience is a plus
A valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
A passion for learning the collision industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
The ability to understand instructions, both written and verbal, and to prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
