Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Consultant to join our client-facing team in a call center environment. As a single point of contact, you will respond to client service requests and issues, including enrollment and billing, commissions, technical support, install/group administration, and all other routine customer service inquiries. Your primary goal will be to deliver first-call resolution for 90-95% of inquiries by accurately identifying, researching, and resolving issues based on the initial phone call/letter/email from the client.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to client service requests and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Deliver first-call resolution for 90-95% of inquiries by accurately identifying, researching, and resolving issues
• Develop technical acumen to effectively address client technical support issues
• Utilize process improvement and root-cause analysis methodologies to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues
• Provide exceptional customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills to resolve client issues efficiently

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Prior call center experience, with a strong client-facing orientation
• Experience in using process improvement and root-cause analysis methodologies (preferred)
• Capability to develop technical acumen
• Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
• Ability to work from home
