**Job Overview**
As a Customer Service Associate at an Amazon Locker+ retail location, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, processing customer orders, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. You will work closely with our customers, answering their questions, resolving issues, and providing solutions to their problems. You will also be responsible for receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing packages for delivery.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions to their problems
* Process customer orders, including receiving, picking, and stowing packages
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols
* Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
* Use technology, including smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, scan, and prepare packages
* Receive truck deliveries and process packages for delivery
* Manage responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing the site
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
**Requirements**
* 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines in English
* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
* Physical stamina to stand and walk for long periods, with the ability to lift up to 49 pounds
* Availability to work part-time, with schedules varying week to week
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail or warehouse environment
* Experience working with technology, including smartphones and handheld devices
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues
* Basic math skills, with the ability to accurately count and process packages
