Job Overview

As a Customer Service Analyst at blithequark, you will play a vital role in providing consistent, professional, courteous, and complete support to our school-based staff, corporate staff, and customers. Working remotely from a home office, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls to the School and Application Support Help Desk, assisting our staff and customers in evolving their understanding of our program and Education Management Systems. Your daily shift will be from 9:00 am EST – 6:00 pm EST, with some evening monitoring of agent activity. You will be expected to research and follow up on issues, using prior experience, SalesForce call flows, Connexus Help, Guides, and other materials to find answers to callers' questions and facilitate resolution of issues.
