As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about travel and customer satisfaction. **Roles & Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Researching, creating, and executing exceptional itineraries for clients, including airline, hotel accommodations, car rentals, and event/ticket sales * Reviewing individual needs and wants for travel to ensure that you can cater a trip specially designed to meet their needs * Completing ongoing training to earn and maintain certification to book travel * Attending ongoing webinars with vendors and suppliers to become specialized with specific destinations * Becoming an ambassador for the brand and working alongside other team members * Providing suggested budgets for clients and reviewing budgets to plan trips according to clients' budget constraints * Creating promotional materials to utilize and staying up-to-date on changes within the tourism industry * Monitoring restrictions on travel that come and go and booking travel needs (airline, car rental, hotel accommodations, cruise, ticket/event sales, etc.) * Effectively communicating with clients pre/post travel and promptly responding to all travel inquires * Effectively managing your time when researching trips and communicating with clients * Handling issues that may arise during the bookings and/or travel for clients * Maintaining up-to-date information within our software and networking with tour operators regarding packages that you can offer to clients * Participating in FAM trips when possible **Requirements** To be successful as a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll need to meet the following requirements: * Be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work within the US * Be fluent in English * Be able to effectively communicate with clients (strong sales background a plus) * Have a smartphone with internet access, laptop recommended but not required * Personal travel experience is a huge plus, however not required * Previous experience in customer service or hospitality also a plus, but not required **Benefits** As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including: * Flexible Schedule * Travel Perks * Licensed & Bonded * Personal Website * E&O Insurance with Fraud Protection * Daily Training Available * We Certify You **Expected Salary** The expected salary for this position is $35,000 - $75,000 per year. **Location** This is a remote position, and you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. **How to Apply** If you're passionate about travel and customer satisfaction, and you're looking for a rewarding career opportunity, apply now to join arenaflex's dynamic team as a Customer Service Agent.
