**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Receiving English inbound calls and providing timely, accurate, and empathetic responses to customer inquiries
* Placing outbound calls to existing English clients and customers to resolve issues, provide updates, and promote products and services
* Answering questions from English customers, forwarding messages to clients, and escalating complex issues to senior team members
* Meeting Quality Assurance requirements and other key performance metrics, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Maintaining a working knowledge of company products, services, and promotions for our clients, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
**Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, clients, and team members
* Flexible availability, with a willingness to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
