The Role: Customer Service Advisor As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing support and guidance via phone, email, and live chat. Your goal will be to resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that every interaction is positive and productive. Your key responsibilities will include: Assisting customers with orders, answering questions, and resolving concerns in a friendly and efficient manner Working within our computer system to place and research customer orders, as well as documenting conversations and actions Pitching in where needed to drive a positive customer experience and support your colleagues What You'll Need to Succeed To excel in this role, you'll need to possess certain skills and qualities, including: A strong commitment to customer service, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences Comfort working with computers and learning new systems, with a willingness to adapt to our technology and processes A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a positive attitude and a solutions-focused mindset Good communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner Experience shopping online, with a understanding of the importance of seamless and intuitive customer experiences Previous experience in a call center environment is desirable, but not essential – we're happy to train the right candidate Automotive restoration experience is a plus, but not required – our Project Advisors will work with customers to determine the best products for their projects Work Schedule and Location We offer a range of schedules to suit different needs and preferences, with a highest priority need for Monday to Friday, 10:30am-7:00pm EST. You'll have the option to work onsite at our Pottstown, PA location or remotely, with the requirement of a minimum speed internet connection and a distraction-free environment.
