Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in customer operations, customer service, or a related field
- Proven track record of designing and implementing operational processes that improve customer satisfaction and drive business growth
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic recommendations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications
