**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Onboarding Manager at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
* Owning the customer onboarding/migration experience with customers and internal stakeholders
* Focusing on the implementation of regional/global projects using arenaflex project documents
* Completing project handover and readiness assessments with Solutions Design teams
* Designing the work breakdown structure and defining resources required for projects
* Ensuring all client requirements are understood and documented for action by onward teams
* Developing and managing detailed project plans, ensuring alignment and sign-off by stakeholders
* Creating a positive environment to drive partnership and project success
* Managing project performance and communicating status, milestones, risks, and dependencies
* Ensuring E2E testing is completed and documented successfully
* Determining project call structure and managing stakeholder calls
* Contributing to team calls, sharing experiences and ideas for process improvements
**Requirements**
To succeed as a Customer Onboarding Manager at arenaflex, you'll need:
* Travel industry experience (preferably with arenaflex or a similar organization)
* Strong relationship building and customer service skills
* Understanding of arenaflex and corporate travel
* Ability to work in a fast-paced matrix environment across multiple geographies and time zones
