Job Overview

In this critical role, you will serve as a technical expert and strategic advisor, responsible for administering and governing SharePoint Online environments, implementing and managing M365 Copilot and OneDrive for Business, and developing and maintaining SharePoint sites and related applications. Your technical expertise will be invaluable in handling complex customer issues, troubleshooting Office applications, and supporting M365 Apps deployment. You will also play a key role in managing licensing and activation for perpetual and subscription versions of Office products, maintaining software within fixed and modern lifecycle policies, and overseeing deployment and configuration for Office LTSC and M365 Apps on Windows and Mac.
