Your primary objective will be to drive alignment and simplification across all three tiers of the distribution process. This position requires a deep understanding of insights and analytics to support our retail customers and identify growth opportunities. You will be responsible for creating and delivering actionable insights and recommendations based on a variety of data sources, ensuring that our vendor programs are executed effectively in the field. **Responsibilities** * Create and deliver insights and recommendations using various data sources, including Point of Sale (POS) data, syndicated data from sources like Nielsen and IRI, and account-specific databases. * Monitor the field execution of vendor programs and ensure that suppliers are engaged in continuous improvement initiatives. * Stay informed of analytic best practices across the industry and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction. * Analyze and report data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions, and develop, communicate, execute, and monitor performance metrics and goals. * Track category performance, including sales, profits, margins, and market share, and create and deliver effective reports using POS data and syndicated data. * Analyze supply chain to evaluate and recommend supplier performance, and understand and apply customer, consumer, and industry insights using market research data. * Ensure superior client satisfaction through deep analytics and team problem-solving. **Requirements** * Bachelor's Degree and experience within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector; Adult Beverage preferred. * Understanding of National Chain Sales, Retail, and Distributor operations. * Expertise in category management principles and shopper/consumer insights. * High-level understanding of Category Management processes and practices. * Assertive leadership and decision-making skills with high energy. * Preferred experience with Syndicated data (Nielsen, IRI) and Internal Shipment Data. * Strong foundation in business fundamentals and business finance. * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and quantitative analysis skills. * Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. **Nice-to-Haves** * Experience in the Adult Beverage industry. * Familiarity with market research methodologies. * Ability to collaborate with external retail customers and key suppliers. **Benefits** * Comprehensive medical and prescription drug coverage. * Dental and vision plans. * Tax-saving Flexible Spending Accounts. * Disability coverage. * Life insurance plans. * 401(k) plan. * Tuition reimbursement. * Wellness program. * Parental leave. * Vacation accrual. * Paid sick leave. **Why Join arenaflex?** * Collaborative and dynamic work environment. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Competitive compensation and benefits package. * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance. * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options. **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for analytics, customer satisfaction, and collaboration, we encourage you to submit your application without delay.
