**About the Role:**
As our Customer Care/Social Media Manager, you'll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice that customers trust from the first call to the final handshake. You'll also bring our brand to life online through social media engagement. Your main goals will be to make every customer feel heard, understood, and cared for, while supporting the sales team and building our online presence.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Appointment Coordination:** Schedule and reschedule appointments with confidence and care, maximizing efficiency for the sales team's daily routes.
* **Customer Support:** Answer customer inquiries quickly and professionally, keeping CRM notes detailed and up-to-date, and maintaining smooth handoffs between departments.
* **Marketing & Social Media:** Help create simple marketing content (posts, videos, awards applications), manage our social media calendar, and respond to followers, tracking engagement and suggesting improvements.
* **Internal Communications:** Update the team on customer feedback and marketing efforts, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned.

**Requirements:**
* **1+ year customer service, social media management, or marketing experience:** Preferred, but not required.

* **Posting content and responding online:** You're comfortable creating and sharing content on social media, and responding to online inquiries.
* **Fluent in English:** You're proficient in English and can communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
* **Authorized to work in the U.S.:** You're authorized to work in the United States and have a valid work visa (if applicable).
**Schedule & Location:**
* **Full-time:** Monday-Friday, with occasional flexibility based on workload or special events.
* **On-site at our Goochland, VA office:** You'll be working from our office in Goochland, VA, with opportunities to work remotely as needed.
