Key Responsibilities
- Successfully troubleshoot and resolve customer service inquiries or issues via incoming phone, email, and/or chat contacts, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Provide customers with critical service and product information, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings and are satisfied with their experience.
- Process orders and enter data into our order entry system accurately and efficiently.
- Track customer packages and proactively address any issues that may arise during the delivery process.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the team and ensure seamless customer experiences.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To excel as a Customer Care Specialist II at blithequark, you'll need:
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer service-focused environment, such as a contact center, retail, hospitality, or food and beverage industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a high sense of urgency when resolving customer issues.
- A strong understanding of computer systems and the ability to troubleshoot issues with minimal assistance.
- A quiet, distraction-free, and secure home workspace that meets our technical requirements, including a wired, high-speed internet connection and a modem or router with an Ethernet port.
Preferred Qualifications

- Ongoing support and coaching from experienced team members and leadership.
