Key Responsibilities
In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you will be responsible for:
- Virtually assisting customers and other advisors over the phone, email, and web with billing/insurance verification, product, or service questions
- Managing both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries
- Proactively identifying solutions to questions you anticipate our customers having in each interaction, demonstrating a customer-centric approach
- Taking a hands-on approach to resolving every issue, owning it from start to finish or partnering with pharmacists and pharmacy staff if clinical advisement is necessary
- Providing technical support to customers navigating our website, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience
- Serving customers in a timely manner to ensure we are maximizing our relationship with them and promoting long-term loyalty

Work Schedule and Requirements
This position is fully remote, and you will be working from home virtually. You will be required to work a variable reduced hour schedule that may start and end outside of normal business hours. The position is 30-39 hours per week, but may require additional or fewer hours due to business requirements. You must be flexible and able to adapt to changing schedules, with a minimum of two weeks' advance notice.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years of age or older)
- 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools, demonstrating proficiency in technology and software applications
- Experience multitasking with phone and computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and platforms simultaneously
- Ability to change your schedule frequently (every 3 weeks), with a two-week advance notice, and adapt to changing business requirements
- Submission and passing of a pre-employment drug test to ensure compliance with our company policies and procedures
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written), with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Experience working in a customer service or call center environment, with knowledge of industry best practices and standards
- Experience working in a healthcare environment, with an understanding of medical terminology and pharmacy operations
- Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality, with a focus on delivering results and driving customer satisfaction
- Demonstrated ability to work as a team member, with a collaborative and customer-centric approach to service delivery
