- Offer creative Home Inspection leads to qualifying customers to enhance their experience and provide value-added services.
- Cultivate and maintain ongoing customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Use computerized systems for identifying customer needs, tracking contacts, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting to resolve issues efficiently.
- Communicate with branch personnel to resolve service and scheduling issues and ensure timely delivery of our services.
- Initiate outbound customer service calls for various campaigns to promote our services and enhance customer engagement.
- Handle incoming calls from technicians to provide support and ensure seamless delivery of our services.
Qualifications and Skills
To be successful as a Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you will need:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service and resolving customer complaints.
