Essential Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience, with post-secondary education preferred
- Customer service, financial services, or insurance experience preferred
- Ability to navigate complex customer interactions and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on continuous improvement and adaptability
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
