Key Responsibilities
- Service inbound calls while engaging and consulting with entrepreneurs and managers to understand their needs and suggest the right blithequark products
- Convey high levels of product and service knowledge to clearly communicate relevant product features, benefits, and components of blithequark Private Business Services
- Continuously develop key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling objections, and closing deals
- Provide exceptional client care by responding to inquiries regarding accounts in a fast-paced, structured client care environment
- Report relevant account information according to established policies and procedures
- Comply with all Administrative and Compliance rules related to servicing and sales practices
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Client care experience (2 years+) with a focus on building client loyalty through excellent listening, consultative relationship building, and strong written and verbal communication
- Proven success in a client care and sales environment (2 years+)
- Ability to work in a high-speed, metric-driven environment with capable multitasking and navigation in an online environment
- Bachelor's Degree
