You'll be the face of blithequark, providing timely, accurate, and empathetic support via email, phone, and chat. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Handling inbound support requests from partner staff or customers, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues * Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication * Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by utilizing the right methods and tools * Updating, revising, and expanding upon existing customer support documentation * Recommending potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs * Working part-time (Saturday, Sunday, and Monday) to ensure seamless support coverage **The Ideal Candidate** We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced customer service professional who embodies the blithequark product and service-first culture.
