About the Role
We're seeking highly motivated and team-oriented Customer Care Agents to join our 2nd shift and weekend hours team. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and courteous manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets and performance metrics
Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
