**Responsibilities and Duties**
As a Customer Care Advocate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to patients and providers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing superior customer care by troubleshooting customer/patient issues related to product, services, and patient enrollment
* Responding to inquiries, completing daily tasks, and providing verbal and written information to external and internal customers and accounts
* Maintaining a positive attitude and working relationship with all customers, patients, and blithequark associates
* Ensuring CRM compliance and processing documentation
* Managing tickets and emails in a timely fashion
* Participating in inbound and outbound call work as assigned
* Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
**General Experience**
To excel in this role, you will need to possess:
* Clear verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders
* The ability to drive a patient and client-driven environment, prioritizing their needs and concerns
* Understanding of sensitive information, HIPAA, and privacy requirements, including the security of the home office environment
* Attention to detail for all activities and documentation tasks
* Experience in fast-paced patient or healthcare provider-focused environments, preferably in a high-volume setting (60+ activities per day)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management software, such as Salesforce.com
* Demonstrated ability to understand and meet individual-level metrics assigned
* Flexibility, adaptability, and a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
**Qualifications**
To be considered for this role, you will need to possess:
* A minimum of 2+ years of customer service experience in a high-volume environment
* Preferred experience in healthcare/medical device companies, non-insurance based
* Strong evidence of great customer service via phone, email, fax, or web modalities
* Demonstrated commitment to helping people and resolving issues, including those that require independent thinking and sound judgment skills
* Strong commitment to quality and patient satisfaction
* Demonstrated patience and professionalism in stressful situations
* Experience in a multitasking role, preferably with a strong skillset in keyboarding, typing (40 WPM), and website/program navigation
