Key Responsibilities
- Provide non-medical care and companionship to seniors in their homes, including assistance with daily tasks such as bathing, feeding, and personal hygiene
- Assist clients with laundry, grocery shopping, and meal preparation, promoting their independence and self-sufficiency
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and our team members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
- Complete accurate and timely documentation for each shift, submitting updates to the office as required
- Communicate regularly with the office regarding client conditions, needs, and any concerns or issues that may arise

Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications:
- At least 6 months of experience working as a PCA, Caregiver, or CNA, preferably with the elderly
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes
- Ability to pass a background check
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, although not essential
- 1+ years of home care experience would be an asset, although we are willing to train the right candidate
Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience working with seniors who have dementia or cognitive impairments
- Knowledge of non-medical care practices and procedures
