We are seeking an experienced Community Success Lead to join our team in a remote work-from-home capacity. As a Community Success Lead, you will be responsible for representing Walmart Health in your community and driving membership growth through significant relationships with community leaders and seniors. As a Community Success Lead, you will be reporting to a Community Success Manager and will be responsible for growing strong and lasting community and personal relationships that drive membership growth and loyalty. This is a remote work-from-home opportunity, and you will be required to have a strong and diverse skill set in relevant areas to drive success.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with community leaders and seniors. You will also need to be highly organized and able to work independently in a remote capacity. Additionally, you will need to be proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite of products and have experience with sales planning and execution.
