You will also be responsible for delivering program productivity, streamlining open doors, and collaborating with internal teams to identify and resolve issues on behalf of clients. As a Client Relationship Analyst and Data Entry Specialist, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service and support to clients while driving business growth and success.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a strong background in client relationship management, data entry, and customer support. You should have experience in diagnosing, isolating, and resolving moderate to complex business issues, as well as developing approaches to achieve objectives and meet deadlines with minimal management.
While not required, preferred candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of client or customer service experience, or equivalent experience in a related field. Experience working in a client or account management environment, as well as knowledge of the healthcare industry, including 340B, pharmacy, hospital, clinic, or PBM, is also desirable.
