Key Responsibilities
- Engage with veterinary professionals to support their critical purchasing decisions and processes through the Vetcove platform.
- Provide exceptional customer support through live chats, phone calls, emails, and internal discussion boards.
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement platform improvements.
- Participate in platform demos to showcase features and best practices to users.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Vetcove platform and its applications.
- Contribute to the development of support materials and resources.
Requirements
To succeed as a Chat Support Associate at blithequark, you'll need:
- 1 year of relevant, customer-facing work experience.
- A 2-year Associate's Degree or 4-year College Degree.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in chat support or a similar customer-facing role (preferred).
