As a Chat Moderator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for ensuring our online community remains a safe and enjoyable space for all users. This part-time, remote position requires a flexible and adaptable individual who can work independently and as part of a team. Your primary duties will include:
* Moderating the chat of our official Discord server, which involves:
+ Deleting messages that violate our community guidelines
+ Banning users who repeatedly break our rules
+ Muting users who have violated our community guidelines
+ Investigating reports from users about potential rule violations
* Collaborating with our team to develop and implement effective community management strategies
* Providing excellent customer service and support to users, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a fair and timely manner
* Staying up-to-date with our community guidelines and policies, ensuring you're always aware of the latest rules and regulations
* Participating in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge
**Qualifications and Requirements**
