You will work closely with our team to maintain our high standards of customer service, safety, and security. This is a remote customer service role that requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Operate floor support equipment, including tugs, forklifts, and tow tractors, to ensure the safe and efficient transportation of cargo and mail. * Work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of our customers. * Practice safety-conscious behaviors in all operational procedures and tactics, even under time constraints. * Correctly load, unload, and deliver mail and cargo to and from planes, ensuring on-time shipments. * Shield cargo and mail from damage, loss, and climate-related issues. * Properly drive and operate floor systems, including tugs, forklifts, and tow tractors, in areas of congestion. * Repeatedly carry and load shipments onto carts, ensuring each shipment reaches its destination. * Operate scanners and computers to ensure mail and cargo are routed correctly to the destination. * Practice safety-aware behaviors in all operational approaches and techniques. **Benefits and Perks** Our culture is rooted in a shared commitment to living our values every day, in everything we do.
