Role Overview As a Business Development Center Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our dealership clients and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your primary focus will be on utilizing exceptional customer service, marketing, and sales techniques to drive revenue growth and build lasting relationships between customers and dealerships. A typical day in this role will include answering product questions, discussing financial concerns, scheduling appointments, and responding to customer inquiries while taking ownership of each situation and offering personalized, value-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities Represent blithequark's dealership clients across national and global markets via webchat, email, and various digital communication mediums, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience. Convert in-market vehicle sales and services customers to dealership leads, meeting department KPIs and goals while continuously striving to improve customer satisfaction, productivity, and efficiency. Serve as an expert in the product line, promotions, and dealership operations, providing consultative assistance to customers and making recommendations that benefit their buying experience. Utilize web chat software to provide exceptional support to customers throughout their vehicle purchase process, ensuring a positive and personalized experience. Effectively build rapport with customers, dealers, and team members, promoting a collaborative and supportive environment that drives business growth and customer satisfaction. Job Requirements and Expectations To succeed in this role, you will need to possess exceptional customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to meet and exceed deadlines. You will be required to participate in ongoing training to maintain technical knowledge and skills, ensuring you stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices. Additionally, you will need to efficiently manage concurrent activities, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions. Essential Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in a customer service-related profession, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. Journallism/Creative Writing experience preferred, with strong reading comprehension and written communication skills. Computer navigation and typing proficiency, with the ability to efficiently manage multiple software applications and digital communication mediums. A positive self-starter with a strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bachelor's degree required, with a focus on a related field such as business, marketing, or communications. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth. Knowledge of the automotive industry, with a understanding of dealership operations and the vehicle purchase process. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
