About the Role and Team We're seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Marketing Solutions team, which is part of the Enterprise Digital and Data Solutions (EDDS) organization. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our marketing campaigns and ensuring seamless execution of our Amex Offers programs. You will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering high-quality results and driving business growth through innovative marketing solutions. Key Responsibilities Act as the Marketing Execution Lead (MEL) for Amex Offer campaigns, managing and submitting offers through required review cycles and working closely with compliance audit partners and marketing partners to ensure all campaigns are fully approved before launch. Implement the end-to-end offer onboarding process for Amex Offers campaigns, ensuring the successful set-up and delivery of offers. Conduct quality reviews and validations to ensure flawless delivery of campaigns. Support the team's operational reporting and tracking. Work closely with Engineers to set-up, track, and validate offers, ensuring they launch successfully. Provide training and support to Marketing partners who want to launch campaigns. Drive process improvements and efficiencies. Continuously meet the evolving needs of our Partners, Cardmembers, and Merchants. Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to have: Related experience in marketing execution and/or project management. Strong attention to detail to drive flawless execution. Proven ability to independently manage multiple workstreams and drive results. Strong relationship management skills and ability to collaborate across teams effectively. Ability to think creatively and challenge the status quo. Excellent communication skills. Comfort with and ability to understand, at a high level, technical systems and capabilities. A willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications and Skills While not required, the following qualifications and skills are preferred: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as marketing, business, or communications. Experience working in a marketing or advertising agency environment. Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and technologies. Experience with data analysis and reporting tools. Certification in project management or marketing execution.
