**Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing timely and professional assistance to customers experiencing technical difficulties related to internet services, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Responding to chats, support tickets, and emails efficiently, helping customers resolve connectivity and account issues in a prompt and courteous manner.
* Offering step-by-step troubleshooting for internet and device-related problems, utilizing your technical expertise to resolve complex issues.
* Utilizing Fresh Desk to log and track customer interactions and manage inquiries within service level agreements (SLAs), ensuring seamless communication and resolution.
* Accessing and updating customer accounts using Sonar CRM and leveraging networking tools for support, providing a comprehensive and personalized experience.
* Escalating unresolved technical issues to higher-level support as needed and collaborating with network operations and IT teams for complex troubleshooting, ensuring a prompt resolution.
* Participating in quality assurance activities to improve customer service, identifying areas for growth and implementing process improvements.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Bilingual (Spanish/English) proficiency, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Familiarity with internet troubleshooting, networking concepts, and ticketing systems (Fresh Desk, Sonar CRM).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
* Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and rotating schedules, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meeting changing business needs.
