We're committed to helping our team members achieve their career goals and aspirations. **Responsibilities** As a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Expert, your responsibilities will include: * Fielding customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media * Finding innovative ways to respond to customer questions, issues, and concerns * Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues * Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate * Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes * Providing feedback on call issues * Meeting sales objectives as defined **Qualifications** We're looking for fearless and customer-centric individuals who are inspired to deliver exceptional service. To be considered for this role, you'll need: * Bilingual Spanish/English language skills * A minimum of 6 months customer service experience * Over 18 years of age * Ability to type 25 wpm * High School Graduate or GED * Comfort with desktop computer systems * Proven oral and written communication skills * 6 months Call Center experience, preferred * Logical problem-solving skills * Availability to work various shifts * Ability to use Windows operating systems * Organization and work prioritization skills * 6 months sales experience minimum * Ability to work independently * Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment * Ability to stay composed and objective * Strong listening skills * Superior negotiating skills **Work from Home Requirements** To work from home as a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Expert, you'll need: * A reliable internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps * An ISP with no packet loss and ping under 50ms * Proof of internet speed required * A clean and quiet workspace **Employment Type** This is a full-time employment opportunity with arenaflex. **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-centric individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you!
