About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Bilingual French and English Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will provide inbound customer support, resolve technical issues, and offer additional products and services to our clients. Key Responsibilities Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues Track, document, and retrieve information from databases Maintain in-depth knowledge of client products and services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and portable devices Offer additional products and services to customers Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: 1+ years of experience in customer service High school diploma or GED A quiet and distraction-free work environment at home Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge Ability to multitask and learn new technologies quickly A desktop or laptop computer for testing and internet access High-speed internet connection (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone What We Offer At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees and providing them with the tools and resources they need to succeed.
