About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Connect with customers via phone to resolve their questions, issues, or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Escalate/transfer/complete conference calls to banks, loan originators, financial institutions, and more as needed
- Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues, providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Provide feedback on call issues, contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes
Qualifications

- Bilingual Spanish/English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in both languages
- High School Diploma or GED, with a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- 6 months of Call Center experience is preferred, but not required
- Ability to type 25 wpm, with comfort using desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems
- Proven oral and written communication skills, with logical problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, with the ability to adapt to a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
- Strong listening skills, with the ability to stay composed and objective in a high-pressure environment
Work from Home Requirements
To be considered for this remote work opportunity, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Internet Connection Requirements: Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 12.0 Mbps, with a minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 3.0 Mbps
