As a remote worker, you'll need to meet certain technical requirements to ensure seamless communication and collaboration with our team. These include:
* A minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps
* A minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps
* An ISP with no packet loss and ping under 50ms
* Proof of internet speed

**Responsibilities**
As a Financial Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns
* Connecting with customers via phone to resolve their questions, issues, or concerns
* Escalating/Transferring/Completing conference calls to banks, loan originators, financial institutions, and more
* Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
* Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
* Providing feedback on call issues
**Qualifications**
We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver exceptional experiences to our customers. To be considered for this role, you'll need:
* Bilingual Spanish/English required
* High School Diploma or GED required
* Must be over 18 years of age
* 6 months customer service experience minimum
* 6 months Call Center experience, preferred
* Ability to type 25 wpm
* Comfort with desktop computer systems
* Proven oral and written communication skills
* Logical problem-solving skills
* Availability to work various shifts
* Ability to use Windows operating systems
* Organization and work prioritization skills
* Ability to work independently
* Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
* Ability to stay composed and objective
* Strong listening skills
