About the Role

As a Customer Support Specialist with KinderSystems, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, delivering top-notch service and technical support via telephone, email, chat, and personal interaction. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about providing outstanding customer care, possess strong attention to detail, and embody a customer-focused mindset. Our Support Center operates from 7am-1am EST, and we are seeking to fill multiple shifts during these times.
