Job Overview In this exciting role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing client accounts by taking ownership of account handling, maintenance, collection, and liquidation for assigned portfolios. Your primary focus will be on analyzing payment history, communicating account statuses to customers, recommending solutions, and documenting all activities in accordance with established procedures. Key Responsibilities Analyzing payment history and notes to clearly communicate account statuses to customers Recommending appropriate solutions to customers by analyzing their accounts and negotiating acceptable collection arrangements Promptly reporting and referring sensitive and complex issues to the Team Leader Documenting all activities in accordance with established procedures in a clear and concise manner Providing exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner Collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you must be bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You should have a High School Diploma, the ability to type a minimum of 30 WPM, and previous experience in customer service, retail services, or a call contact environment. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a calm, professional, and positive demeanor while handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines are also essential. Essential Qualifications MUST BE BILINGUAL IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH High School Diploma (required) Ability to type a minimum of 30 WPM Previous experience in customer service, retail services, or a call contact environment Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Demonstrated ability to perform at a high level, supporting our high volume of inbound calls Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent attention to detail Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment Knowledge of customer service software and technology Experience with data analysis and reporting Strong leadership and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
