**Job Overview**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to clients across various industries, including Finance, Healthcare, Retail, and Technology. You will interact with customers primarily through inbound phone calls, chat, and email, helping them with their queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Your primary goal will be to deliver outstanding customer experiences, ensuring that our clients' customers are satisfied and loyal.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer support through inbound phone calls, chat, and email
* Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues

* Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

**Work Environment and Technology Requirements:**
* Work from home in a quiet, uninterrupted space with a dedicated desk area
* Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks not supported)
* Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS)
* Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
* High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed and 5 Mbps upload speed for seamless connectivity
* Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
* Smart phone, Android tablet, or iPad needed for authentication
**Contractual Relationship:**
The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your contractual relationship with arenaflex. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
**Compensation and Benefits:**
* Hourly rate: $17 - 20 per hour
