We offer a range of free learning and leadership development programs designed to help you achieve your career goals. **Key Responsibilities** As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will: * Provide incoming customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language * Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues * Follow, document, and retrieve information in databases * Maintain a deep understanding of our clients' products and services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and portable devices * Preferably have knowledge of iOS and/or MacOS, or a comparable technology * Offer additional products and services * Provide expert customer experiences with a smile **Qualifications** Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will bring value and success to every customer interaction. The other qualifications for our Bilingual Customer Service Representative role include: * The ability to speak fluently in both French and English * 1+ year of customer service experience * A high school diploma or GED * A quiet and distraction-free home environment * Rapid multitasking skills * A desire to learn new technologies * Solid computer navigation skills and knowledge of computers * A desktop or laptop computer for PC and Internet testing; a work computer may be provided, but is not guaranteed (will be discussed in detail with a recruiter) * High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone **What's in it for You?** One of our core cultural convictions is: We Defend Our Employees.
