Key Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language (Spanish or English)
- Helping customers resolve basic technical issues and answering routine questions about products or services
- Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases to ensure accurate and efficient customer support
- Offering additional products and/or services to meet customer needs and drive business growth
- Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent reading, writing, and speaking skills
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Open availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- A high school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving skills
- A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from home, with reliable internet and phone connectivity
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
