In fact, over 80% of our managers and leaders have been promoted from within! **What You'll Do** As a bilingual customer service representative, you will: * Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, or chat, using a guided call flow in the customer's preferred language * Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues * Follow, document, and retrieve information from databases * Maintain a deep understanding of our clients' products and services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and portable devices * Preferably have knowledge of iOS and/or MacOS, or a comparable technology * Offer additional products and services to customers * Provide expert customer experiences with a smile **Your Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Fluency in both French and English * 1+ year of customer service experience * High school diploma or GED * A quiet and distraction-free home workspace * Rapid multitasking skills * Desire to learn new technologies * Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of computers * A desktop or laptop computer for testing PC and internet; a work computer may be provided, but is not guaranteed (will be discussed further with a recruiter) * High-speed internet (no Wi-Fi, hotspots, or satellite) and a smartphone **What's in It for You** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees and their careers.
