Our commitment to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction has earned us a reputation as a leader in the industry. **Job Summary** As a Seasonal Bilingual Customer Service Associate (Remote), you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer concerns, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience. This is an entry-level position that requires a high school diploma or equivalent, six months of customer service experience, and fluency in English and Spanish. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle customer service inquiries and problems via phone, email, and chat, providing knowledgeable and courteous responses * Utilize computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting * Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff * Assist callers with locating information needed to make their healthcare plan decision * Refer calls to other agencies as specified in training and work instruction documents * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of OPM regulations and policies as they apply * Report problems that occur via the online system so they can be addressed by the appropriate parties * Perform light data entry and clerical duties as defined in training and work instruction documents * May be required to work scheduled holidays and overtime **Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent required * Minimum six months customer service experience required * Must be able to speak and read English and Spanish clearly, professionally, and fluently * Must be able to type a minimum of 20 WPM * Ability to effectively work within established contractual turnaround times required * Must have demonstrated excellent interpersonal and organizational skills * Proven ability to work as a member of a team **Home Office Requirements** * Hardwired internet (ethernet) connection * Internet download speed of 25mbps single user/50mbps shared and 5mbps (10 preferred) upload or higher required * Private work area and adequate power source * All equipment will be provided by arenaflex (laptop and headset) **Security Clearance** * Security clearance required; position contingent upon ability to obtain successful MRPT clearance * Must be able to pass a government background check **Benefits** * Competitive hourly rate of $17.82 per hour * Opportunity to work with a leading provider of innovative business process management and technology solutions * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
