A day in the life of a Bilingual Customer Care Representative at blithequark is dynamic and rewarding. You will empower our consumers to live active lifestyles by sharing product knowledge, providing superior customer support, and processing customer orders. As a main point of contact for bilingual communication with our customers, you will work with multiple channels, including inbound calls, live chat, text messaging, and email correspondence.
While this position is fully remote, the ideal candidate will reside within North Carolina. This allows for flexibility and work-life balance while ensuring you are part of a vibrant community that aligns with our company values.
To excel in this role, you will need a combination of foundation skills and experience. Formal education in a related field is beneficial, but we are most interested in your professional achievements and preferred experience of at least one year.
